The place is actually a small farm and produces olive oil, several varieties of wine and a very good grappa. Claudia is a wonderful hostess, friendly and engaging. "The property was in a great location in the countryside, peaceful, and a short scenic walk (about 800 metres) down the hill from Assisi. If you like a bit of exercise and and can walk this distance then it is a perfect way to get to the town each day and enjoy the expanding views when you go up the hill. Our host Giulio was exteremely helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful stay in the area. "
