"A wonderful stay in this marvellous hotel. Short walking distance to Namba station with many choices of local foods nearby. Staffs were friendly and no problem with english. Room was big enough for my family of 3. Have a small kitchen, dining area and also a bathtub too. "

"Acceptable for the price. Self check-in means you check in with a live operator remotely. Overall easy process, and property is as described. Walking distance to shops and restaurants around, but about 18-20 min to Dotonburi."

"The location is convenience, inside is clean and tidy and the washing machine is a bonus for our trip. I wonder if YouTube will be available in future since we don’t understand Japanese languages provided at the TV. I also feel unpleasant when an extra blanket cannot be provided when we request it. Other than that, everything is fine."

"The twin room was roomy with the softest mattresses we've found so far. Also had a great laundry machine with free detergent (tip: use the bathroom's heating function as a clothes drying room). This location was by the Red line which we ended up using the most to get around from Shin-Osaka, Osaka Castle and Aquarium (with the Green line) There were some downsides to the place with the constant noise from the elevator, no soundproofing so you could hear loud ambulances/bikes, and we were not...

"Location was excellent as it was very near to Yotsubashi train station and about 15 mins walk to the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service. The room however was very dusty and we kept sneezing throughout our stay there. The room does not have a window that can be opened to let the dust escape. Would have given a 5 stars...

"My partner and I were shocked upon entering our room. It was stunning. Leaps and bounds above the other rooms we had rented while in Japan. We have already decided we will be staying there again for a much longer stay next trip. We were on the 11th floor and enjoyed the quiet reprieve from the street noise. "This hotel was next to a subway so it was easy to get home and go about... Walking distance to dotonburi and kuromon market... Love that there is a washing machine and inside the bathroom is a dryer. They have hangers and a dry option that heats up and dry your clothes.... Definitely will stay here again "

"The property was located a distance walk from their local transport and there was a duty free supermarket nearby. The check in was abit slow due to their satellite office for their connection. Do get their key code before you check in as there was a security door to bypass before you can check in. This apartment do not contain luggage storage so it was abit tough for us. It was quite centralise to Shinsaibashi, Namba and Shin-Imamiya trains. Will come back to stay again. They have washer....

"Excelente ubicacion, la entrada del metro esta a un lado, Dotonburi esta a 20 min caminando. 5. Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street esta a 5 min caminando, el desayuno muy bueno y la habitacion es pequeña pero con todo lo que se necesita y comoda. "

"The hotel is very nice and clean. The room has very good size for two people. My room has excellent city view. The staff is very friendly and super helpful! My sister lost her necklace while showering. The staff tried their best to help her to look for it. Although it was not found but we really appreciate their efforts! The location of the hotel is perfect and close to everything. We love the stay."

"This was a great location for a visit to Osaka, located directly above the Namba station and many transit lines. The staff spoke English reasonably well, and were focused on service. It took me about a day to get oriented to the massive underground shopping center and transit hub and the connected buildings, but once I did, it was easy to navigate. Also easily walkable to Dotonbori is a popular entertainment district in Osaka, Japan, known for its nightlife, shopping, and street food. The breakfest buffet on the top floor of the hotel offered a great selection and stunning views, and was handled very efficiently. Overall, a great experience. I would stay here again."
