This is the 3rd or 4th time I've stayed at this property and I love the property itself. It is very close to Biltmore Estate and downtown, a thoroughly nice stay. We did try the restaurant, and while the young woman who served us was delightful, the food was really not good. They definitely need to try harder.

Carpets had countless stains, walls marked, furniture chipped, various lights didn’t work, mattress was like a half pipe; the whole place had a tired and grimy feel about it, like it hasn’t received a dime of investment in the last 15 years - it was also very dirty

The property was perfect size for family of 4, clean and nicely stocked with all items needed. It was nicely decorated and we enjoyed the fireplace as the weather was chilly during our stay.
