"I love this hotel so much that I have stayed here for four times already and will always stay here when I visit Arusha. The staff are just incredibly helpful and professional, from the front desk (Thank you Maryline!) to the restaurant wait staff (Elisha and Genarose!) to the porters and laundry staff. "I stayed here recently for business, and found the hotel to be a slightly dated design. Hotel staff and porters were exceedingly helpful, but service was very slow in the dining hall (probably as we were a big group). The hotel very kindly opened the breakfast hall early one morning when we were going on a safari day, and we were pleased to see a full range of breakfast was available then. Sadly after getting back from the safari there was no hot water. No wifi availble in the rooms, and the...
