"My friend and I stayed here for two days and we were beyond disappointed. The hotel is very overpriced and the services and food provided are subpar. Food and drinks are priced quite high for the region and the quality was very unimpressive. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable and there is no AC in the room! "The place is what you pay for I guess. You'd think £60 would go farther in Tanzania but apparently not, Arusha is expensive. Basically, rooms are like prison cells, bathrooms terrible, and it took a few tries to find a room with working aircon. Staff were friendly enough if a little inefficient. What is with having to ask for toilet paper all the time - just have some in the room, its a basic necessity!!!"
