"We visited the Divi All-Inclusive in early October of 2024 and had such a good time that we came back 6 weeks later. It’s a great resort as it has many dinning options, excellent beach and great entertainment at night. It’s hard to find anything negative about the resort but my only gripes are with all the smokers especially the cigar people who have no regard for the people around them. The resort should ban all smoking anywhere on the premises. Also the music at the main pool during the day is way too loud. We will be going back again. "

"Riu palace gave my wife and I an amazing experience. Starting off with the service to the beautiful property view from our room balcony. The pool outside was very clean and had great drinks. The neighborhood was very safe and had lots of shopping options and great clubs in a walking distance. The only thing I could say I didnt like is the facts that the rooms were a bit outdated (furniture wise) the room had a bit of a plumbing problem and mostly the light kept flickering every time we plugged in an iron or a blow dryer. "

"Omar (concierge) went above and beyond in assisting my husband and I during our visit. He was very personable, provided great dining suggestions, and very hospitable! Our room attendant, Marta Luz, was equally wonderful! She made sure we had what we needed during our stay, and if we were moving a bit slow, she circled back around to our room. Our room always smelled and looked so clean when she serviced it. The staff at the resort are really customer-service oriented. They are great conversationalists and even during challenging times (2 flights were canceled and customers stayed at Embassy Suites), they maintained a smile and worked with the customers in a very dignified manner. It was amazing to observe. Great work Embassy Suites Team!!"
