"When we arrived at our room, we immediately checked to make sure everything worked. We had no electricity at all. We called the office and they said they would send someone over. After about 15 min., someone came and said the circuit breaker was tripped. After it was turned back on, we had no issues with the electricity, at all. We stayed at the end of the mountainside studios, so it was quiet and more peaceful. Our unit was clean and nicely updated. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. A great plus for management! We have stayed at multiple places in the Tahoe City/Tahoe Vista area, and usually we don't return to any of them because we didn't like them enough or had problems that weren't rectified. We would stay here again."

"Stayed for two nights. Plenty of amenities to enjoy. We enjoyed the pool with the bar. The food at the breakfast buffet was great! The food at Sandy’s pub was really good. We utilized the free shuttle to and from the Palisades and the drivers were amazing."
