"It was comfortable, but the room could do with some maintenance. Skirting boards in room missing and could do with a paint. Also the toilet seat was loose, tried to tighten but unable. I have stayed here many times but never had a room that looked tired and needed attention "

"I sent the property an email in regard to an upgrade as per my Gold status. Zero response. Upon arrival I was booked into a small room facing a brick wall. This was a three day stay which had been booked for months earlier. The manager did finally upgrade me to a better room."

"We had a great stay, super friendly staff, Wil, Heath and John at reception. Comfy bed, we had a high floor with great views. Highlight is level 25 bar and restaurant. Great place for happy hour drinks and hard to beat views with a great breakfast selection. Definitely would return"
