"Las fotos de la publicación son de hace muchos años. La atención es buena aunque Elotel está bastante deteriorado. Le hace falta mucho cariño y esfuerzo para volver a verse como en las fotos. La piscina está vacía, los muebles alrededor de la piscina están sucios y deteriorados. El camino de entrada al hotel es feo sobre todo si vas a pie. Tiene un mall plaza nuevo y muy bonito practicamente al frente pero no hay una vía de acceso peatonal hay 2 caminos uno largo que pasa debajo un puente solo...

"The staff here were amazing. Some of the best service I have ever received in Chile. I’ve been in Chile 2 years and service in most places is shocking! Here nothing was too much trouble. A friendly welcome and a lovely clean room overlooking the beach. The property is in a good location, lots of restaurants and small bars nearby and also an easy walk to the “mall” if you want more commercial places to eat and right on the big beach of Arica. "Happy with our choice of hotel in Arica. Relatively quiet, a little walk from the town but not a problem. Nice to have 2 pools close to the sea. Hotel a little " tired" in parts but comfortable. Breakfast buffet very good. Enjoyed bar and restaurant food too. Staff generally good."
