"Our suite was nice and large. On arrival, they were short on bellhops and carts. We were told to go to our room and wait for the bellhop to call. By the time he called, we had transported the luggage ourselves up three different elevators from the parking lot. The battery in rhe safe was dead, and there was a slow leak from the toilet, for which we had to spend our time waiting for people to show up to fix these things. I am not sure why, in a nicer hotel, these types oof things aren’t routinely...
