"I liked the bedroom with mini fridge tea/coffee making items. I liked the large shower and the fact it was quiet and warm. I didnt like small cups i think mugs would be better. The extractor fan in bathroom didnt work, there is a little mold around the shower tray. The bathroom floor needs grouting in parts. The garden is a big eyesore full of weeds etc not useable for anyone staying. The whole property was spotlessly clean. I had no english tea bags in my room but found some in the kitchen...

"A lovely 2 day break at the lakes, so peaceful and relaxing. Spa is great too and we pretty much had it to ourselves most of the time. Food in the tipi was also great, would have liked to have seen some more sweet breakfast and healthy options though. It would also be great if there was an on-site shop to buy any groceries/essentials to save having to drive elsewhere."

"Location was great and right in the centre of Newbury. Apartment was equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home. The room was uncomfortably hot and the small amount the windows opened and fan were no use. Our shower was totally blocked but it was sorted. Cleanliness of the apartment was not to my standard. "

"The property has everything you need for living for an extended period of time. Going up somewhat narrow stairs is required. There was the sound of some sort of animal clawing in the walls or window. I didn't read the notice that I needed to ask for checkin instructions 72 hours beforehand until the day before departure. "Manu was a great host, he was very welcoming and helpful and provided clear instructions to find the apartment, parking and how to get into the property. The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests.
