"We have some issues when checking in, we arrived 2 hours after the time expected for the check in and the computer was not working for to check us in, we had to wait but they call us soon. "This place is on the third floor with no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage’s up and down. The door code was not emailed to me as booking, had to contact the owner for the code ,which was provided wrong to me at first, caused the door to lock for a while. And then it was the right code. The bed sheets aren’t very clean for both rooms. And the guess rooms door is hard to shut it close. "

"This was a lovely hotel. We ended up having a roll in shower because it was the last suite available. It would have been nice to know that there were no normal suites. Normally it would have been okay, but they need to have curved shower curtains for these showers. The shower curtain kept sticking to us so we had to leave it open to shower. "Clean room but didn’t have space for clothes. The thermostat did not talk with the air conditioner, so had to get down on knees to adjust heat or air cause there was a seat over the unit. Even when I adjusted it had had a hard time getting the temperature right."

"We loved the atmosphere of the Barfield. I thought the room was cozy and the bed was perfectly comfortable. The light fixture didn’t work when we got there, nothing we couldn’t handle. Restaurant and speakeasy was great. Would stay again. "
