A pousada é muito bem localizada (próxima à Passarela do Caranguejo) e os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e cordiais. Existem apenas 03 vagas de estacionamento - mesmo assim externamente. Apesar da falta de comodidade, isso não chega a ser um problema grave porque não há grande dificuldade para se estacionar na rua. A limpeza dos quartos deixa um pouco a desejar, especialmente nos pisos e nas varandas. No meu quarto, em particular, a tampa do vaso sanitário estava solta e o ar condicionado deixou de funcionar. O pior foi o café da manhã que se ENCERRA às 9:00 horas e isso, sem qualquer aviso direto do hotel.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. A propriedade é bonita e bem decorada. Funcionários gentis e educados. Porém falta coisas simples é imprescindível para atender os hóspedes. O salão de café é bem pequeno. O quarto não possui armário para roupas. Possui um cabideiro com apenas três cabides. Temos que deixar as roupas na mala. Não oferecem toalhas de rosto. Nunca vi isso . Não tem lençol para cobrir. Temos que cobrir com a colcha. Tem apenas um secador de cabelo para toda a pousada, podemos pegar e usar por uma hora. Não tem um copo de vidro . Oferecem um copo bem pequeno descartável. Pedimos um saca rolhas para abrir uma garrafa de vinho e nao tinha na pousada. Pedimos um copo de vidro e não fomos atendidos. O quarto não tem interfone.

As acomodações são simples. O refeitório onde é servido o café da manhã é bem pequeno. O café da manhã também é bem simples. A internet atende perfeitamente. Considero a localização muito boa, vez que está a uma quadra da avenida da orla onde tem ótimos restaurantes. O restaurante BALI, que está bem próximo da pousada, é muito bom.

Ótima estadia.
Foram 7 noites hospedados. A pousada é super organizada e, mesmo em reforma, não tivemos nenhum problema. Café da manhã farto e delicioso, com várias opções para se servir. Todos os funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Frigobar com água, refrigerante e cerveja mais alguns petiscos as disposição, todos com valor condizentes com de outros estabelecimentos (lógico que no mercado era mais em conta). As únicas coisas que tenho a ressaltar são: 1 - torneira do banheiro bamba na bancada; 2 - cabideiro desnivelado, parecendo que iria cair a qualquer momento; 3 - rebaixamento de gesso sobre o espelho não pintado e faltando a lâmpada; 4 - não há tomadas na cabeceira da cama, apenas na parede oposta. Esses pontos não afetaram em nada a nossa estadia, mas passam um ar de desleixo, principalmente os dois primeiros. A localização é ótima. A uma quadra da Passarela do Caranguejo, você tem todo o tipo de restaurante a uma caminhada de distância. Só tenho a agradecer por todos os dias passados aí.

A pousada é muito limpa e organizada os quartos tinham um cheiro ótimo e tinham sabonetes, shampoos e condicionador, mas infelizmente tivemoa problema com o cafe da manha, que algumas coisas nao eram repostas, nem após pedidos. Dois quartos estavam em reforma proximos ao nosso que que acarretou em sujeira, barulho e um pouco de falta de privacidade. Foram muito gentis e solicitos, mas infelizmente nesses dois pontos deixaram a desejar.
