"Very modern hotel right in the heart of Granada. Room was fantastic and had some great little touches to make the stay extra special. Very helpful reception staff who were always on hand to assist and store luggage on our final day. Very cool architectural quirk with the excavated walls underneath the hotel. Nice place to sit in the evening - seemed the type of place where eating / drinking out was more typical. "

"We stayed at the Level by Melia and I could not recommend this even more. The staff truly went above and beyond, every question we had or anything we needed succeeded our expectations. I will say if you’re going on a weekend, the hotel is located on the main strip with many pubs and it can be quite loud at night, we heard people partying until 6am. "

"I thought the capsule room idea was clever for a few nights and it is definitely a fun novelty versus a traditional shared dormitory bunk bed situation. The problem here is with the cleanliness. The capsule itself was disgusting. There was gum stuck to the side, smears on the walls and mirror and so much dirt and debris in the door’s sliding mechanism that it was clear they were not cleaned for a very long time.
