"Had city facing room, which actually had a partial sea view. Nice hotel, a little dated with darker wood finish but good size room with tall windows. Bed comfortable, safe provided, fridge but no tea/coffee making facility. Good breakfast. Hotel is about a 15 min walk from bus station. We were there towards end of season so hotel quiet on check in but got a little busier. Enjoyed stay."

"I can’t say this enough, the service at this hotel is top of the line. We had an issue with our room upon check in and the team at the hotel checked on us multiple times to ensure that everything was ok. They truly showed understanding and compassion throughout our stay. The amenities provided at Grand Park are the best I’ve seen in Croatia and would highly recommend. "Super nice location and good condition. Parking was a bit of a convoluted experience, and showing up 50 minutes too early for check in earned me a "go away" attitude. Aside from that, all was great. Probably a better place to visit on the high season though - Vrsar gets a bit empty when it's cold out."

"Loved our stay at the hotel. Service was excellent. Clean, modern room. It is within walking distance to restaurants and the Old Town. Convenient parking. We had a GPS in the car to help find the hotel. Not easy to find street names. Check in and out is not at the hotel so make sure you are able to call Avora management at their number. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. 😊"

"Apartments are part of hotel. facilities very good and there looks to be an excellent kids club. walking distance to Porec or use the land train for a variety of restaurants and bars to suit everyone. we found all the staff, from reception to cleaning and maintenance, are very friendly and professional and happy to help On the down side, while the apartments are very clean and acceptable inside, the fabric of the buildings is very poor and needs a complete overhall. Our apartment B6 had rotten wood on the bottom of the door which was turning into a hole - not good! All in all an enjoyable break"

"Lovely hotel but service from staff is very slow. Also despite paying for a particular type of room they tried to give me a cheaper room upon arrival. This happened last year too. I had to insist it was changed to what I’d paid for which they did. Other than that I’d recommend. Food is good with a huge choice, comfy beds and place is always very clean"
