"Property was cute and unique. We enjoyed our stay. There was 2 adults and 3 children (5, 3 and 2 yr old) loft in living room was great for older child. We brought playpens for the younger ones to sleep in as the property description said they didn’t offer kid cots/beds. We enjoyed staying here and would stay again. My only suggestion would be having some extra items in the kitchen like extra garbage bags (there was only one in the trash can no extras to replace it) some paper towel or kitchen...

"We really enjoyed our stay. The comfort room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids (with bunk beds). The breakfast and food (in general) at the main restaurant is very good. Also, there is a kids room near the restaurant where kids can play. The Waterpark is just across the street from the hotel, so this is also very convenient. "

"We loved this place! It was remodeled, very clean and modern, at least in the apartment. The bistro area was a little dirty, but we didn't stay and eat there. What I loved about the place: how quiet and safe the area was; how easy check-in was. I was worried about how to check in since there is no front desk on site. "We booked a deluxe lake view room. The view was amazing but the room was so small that it didn’t have 2 night stands. It was like a $50 a night Econolodge off a highway. There is no air conditioning and it was very warm. We tried to open the windows but bugs immediately flew in. Breakfast was good and the pool and spa area are top notch. Overall it was overpriced and definitely not 4 stars. "

"Our stay was wonderful. We were lucky that it was warm enough to get into the lake. But even when it got a bit chilly, we enjoyed ourselves in the spa area. And let me tell you this, I've never been in such a charming sauna before. It is partially underwater. "Beautiful room, great bathroom, stunning views. Haven’t commented on the staff because I didn’t see anyone, it was easy self check in and parking without any issue. It’s a multi purpose building and the hotel is 2 floors up, it’s done very well and it felt very secure. Just be aware that there is no lift so carrying heavy bags up is a bit of an ordeal. My only little moan is the first photo on Expedia of this hotel is of a beautiful building on a mound, titled “view of the city from hotel”....
