"We had a wonderful time staying here with our family of 3. We would absolutely stay here again! Location - super convenient to get to and from Narita airport on the Keisei Skyliner. Walking to shopping, food. and major train lines. Service - the staff were very friendly and helped us with filling out the forms to forward our luggage onto Osaka at the end of our stay in Tokyo. Onsen - the onsen on the top floor was so clean, new, and spacious. Very relaxing. Of the 3 days I went, my friend and I had the place to ourselves 2 of those days. The indoor onsen was a little too hot, but the outdoor one was good. Room - we had the Superior (Japanese Western) Family Room and it was perfect for our family of 3. 12yo on the top bunk and mom and dad on the bottom. Laundry - there are coin washers and dryers on the 2nd floor. The wash took about 30 min but even after an hour, the clothes weren’t dry so be prepared for it to take some time. "

"Our party of three loved this hotel. Close to the river and a grocery store right across the street. The hotel provided breakfast at the restaurant on the 1st floor. Staff is very accommodating and are English speaking. Did the public bath twice. Trains are just a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel depending on the line. Good restaurant selection but not a huge shopping district (which as fine for us). It was nice to stay in a quieter part of the city. Would highly recommend! "
