One night stopover on our way to Northern Holland. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff are very helpful. The restaurant menu offers less choice than i remember from a previous visit, but food quality is excellent. Ample free parking immediately outside the hotel.

Neat room, friendly staff, great breakfast! Would stay here again. Having a car is important at this location, however there are pleanty of free parking places in front of the hotel.

This is a great hotel ideally located for a longer visit and walk into the city. Our bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever had in a hotel. Although a long drive from Lincoln may have helped our sleep. The shower was excellent in terms of heat and power but the dated above bath holder and curtain let it down. It was too high and was best hand held or angered on the stability bar. That was a pity as otherise this was a nice hotel with great free parking.

Very Convenient one night stopover on longer road trip into Europe. Reception was good, evening meal was very good and service throughout was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was very good. Nothing to complain about.

Stayed for 4 nights, arrived Thursday afternoon, been up since 4am so wanted a quick power-nap, got into bed to be greated by heavy hammer drilling, this went on for quite a while so contacted the reception just to see how long it would be going on, we were told there was no drilling in the hotel and it must of been outside, clearly this wasn't true as it was coming from the next room.... apart from this the hotel was great especially the breakfasts....

I used to like this hotel but the service is getting worse every time we stay there. The staff are super rude - especially in the breakfast area. On the Sunday, the cleaning only came to clean our room at 16:00 and by then we were back at the hotel. The sign “please make up my room”, had been hanging there for hours. We asked the reception for a late checkout (12:00 instead of 11:00). They allowed us to stay until 11:30 but required 50 euro to stay until 12:00. It was a Monday and the hotel had plenty of availability on all room types. Unfortunately no positives to share

The breakfast has become very disappointing. Over the past years, selection is smaller and quality is less. Nasty glass sausages and bacon which it more boiled than fried. There used to be crab salad and other options. Now it’s only cold cuts and cheese. Also, when a breakfast is until 11 am, you need to make sure that most items are not sold out at 10:30.

Very disappointing stay
Very disappointing stay. Although advertised as a 4 star hotel, there were several issues with our stay. The hairdryers did not work (to which I was only offered a part broken tiny travel hairdryer), the only iron available was broken too and leaked water all over my clothes. The rooms are very dated with leaks from the showers, uncomfortable pillows, very dim and dark lighting and leftover sweets from prior guests were left in one of the rooms which makes me doubt that they were thoroughly cleaned (this seems to be common as mentioned in other reviews too). The housekeeping ladies were quite rude to my colleagues and the older lady receptionist was extremely rude, calling my colleagues room saying that they would be charged a fee if they were 1 minute past the check out time (very strange given that they had not reached the check out time yet). When I asked the receptionist for some advice about getting trains in Belgium, she just said that she doesn’t take public transport instead of trying to help in any way, you expect a little more from a customer service perspective from a 4 star hotel! Only plus was the good breakfast.

L’hôtel est très joli, très propre, les services sont top Mais l’isolation, je ne pense avoir eu un jour pire dans un hôtel, surtout pour un 4 étoiles. J’entendais littéralement toutes les conversations des chambres voisines, j’ai carrément pu leur répondre à travers le mur, sans crier pour leur demander de faire moins de bruits. Et je ne parle pas du moteur de la ventilation qui doit être juste au dessus de la chambre (j’étais au dernier étage), j’ai dormi 2 nuits avec au choix une tondeuse à gazon ou une machine à laver dans la chambre, un enfer
