"You have one exceptional employee! Tiamana went above and beyond!! We were out on the streets buying something and we didn’t speak Malagasy. Tiamana walked by and came to the rescue! He could’ve walked by and went home, but stayed and helped us out! At the hotel he was always kind and went out of his way to make our stay wonderful! Love you Tiamana! "The stay in the hotel was very good. The staff was very informative and helpful, even though my French was not up to par with theirs. The room was excellent, and the breakfast was acceptable. The gym was adequate for a hotel. The location and the neighbourhood are sketchy, but there is security. If you use the hotel airport shuttle, remember it will cost you 25 Euros; nothing is free in Madagascar."
