"Superb hotel but expected as it’s 5* No complaints at all and loved the concierge support from Zuzu and the team. My only slight disappointment is the food is always good but it’s not great - a lot of it - especially the meat and fish goes dry - and never is it 5* - it’s a decent buffet but not a good restaurant standard."

"The hotel was lovely. Right in the centre of town. The room was spacious and comfortable with a fridge and kettle. The bathroom was clean and the shower was super with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was the best I’ve had and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. "

"We made a reservation for a big apartment in the second or third floor a month in advance and we confirm it many times but when we arrived at the hotel they gave us a small and smelly apartment in the basement and charged us for a big up stairs apartment. We complain for 2 days but they said that there is nothing that they can do. We were so Frustrated , so angry and so uncomfortable all of the 5 nights that we sited there.
