"We arrived and were asked to wait so that the guy on the desk could spray the room with air freshener. On entering the room the place looked shabby and on close inspection of the pillows we quickly decided not to use them as some were stained yellow. The a/c turned on but did nothing to cool down the room and the fan on the wall only oscillated about twice before sticking. There was a bracket on the wall where the tv once was and the electric wires sticking out of the wall where the shower once...

"A great villa located in quiet area but still close to Siem Reap and Angkor Wat to make travel very easy. Ryna makes you feel very welcome and is happy to help with any requests. The plunge pool is excellent to cool off and the breakfasts are amazing. "

The owners refunded the difference to us, and we liked the hotel so much that we stayed three days longer. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. "Pro: - Room is clean and spacious. - Pool is nice. - Breakfast was delicious. Con: - Blinds are only one layer messing you can't open it without people seeing into your room. - Upon check in, we were approached right away about booking a show. This could have waited until after had gone into our room and settled down. Instead we were blind sighted and taken advantage of while tired from travel. The dinner show was not good - good was below average for both western and Khmer cuisine. -...

"False advertisement. This was not a villa or an entire home as advertised. It was similar to a motel."

"This place is a rip-off. They couldn’t even provide an iron for us in the room. Because there was only a curtain in the living room after a heavy rain there was water all over the place. The swimming pool was not cleaned every day.. The breakfast was well presented but not tasty at all.. This place doesn’t deserve a 4 stars. The only going point I could found is the privacy of the villa. Will not come back again."

"The service is superb and the pool is epic. Definitely recommend dining on the terrace one evening. The rooms and hotel are old school in design but the pool is beautiful and the staff are amazing. Definitely the best hotel in Siem Reap and well worth it - you’ll want to come back to somewhere like this after all your exploring. NB. bring bug spray!"
