"Overall nice place. Very good breakfast. Room was hot in the evening. It had air conditioning, but the concierge refused to turn it on. I slept with the window open and the blind rolled all the way up. Maid didn't replace towels and dirty mugs. She'd tidy the bed though."

"As part of a longer trip this was perhaps our favourite place that we stayed. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, in fact they saved us an arduous walk when we checked out by highlighting the vaporetto route that could get us to where we needed to go (sadly I cannot remember the name of the staff member who told us, but thank you!). "Really enjoyed our time there. Loved the smiles and service that the stafff gave. Made us cappucinnos which was good quality in the morning. It is in Lido (last ferry stop) so it's situated far from touristy areas, if you like that. The room like most Italian budget friendly stays are small but adequate. There seems to be a bit of slant on the flooring, a little uneven, but it did not affect our sleep. "
