"The resort was undergoing construction and maintenance. It was not clearly marked how to navigate around the construction. The elevator to the spa was not marked and my husband has mobility issues that made the icy staircase to the spa treacherous. At the spa, the steam room was closed and the pathways were equally icy. The standards did not meet the cost, and though it was a beautiful resort, it was not set up for relaxation."

"Room was clean with comfortable beds. We booked the hotel for a staycation to allow the kids to swim. We were disappointed when we learned that the hot tub that is in the pictures of the hotel is no longer there. The continental breakfast had a good variety and was kept well stocked. "

"Excellent customer service. Staff was super helpful when we needed to extend our stay. Love the pool and the location was great as it wasn’t to far from the two hockey arenas my daughter’s tournament games were at. The rooms were clean and comfortable."

"Our first stay at the Clarion was nice. We arrived after midnight and staff was very friendly. We were given a room at the end of floor 1. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Olthe only downside to our stay was in the morning. Our room was across their laundry room and there was construction going on in their pools I believe. But nights were quiet."
