"Area where the microwave was, is not good next to washing machines and dryer. Very good to have the safe deposit box and many drawers beside the closet. Light only on the night table at the left side, another it is needed."

"We have enjoyed staying at this HOJO. The water feature and the grounds have been a family favorite. This particular set of rooms were very musky and the opening to the balcony was through the closet, a first for us. Otherwise enjoyed our stay. Very conveniently located to Disney and freeway access. "

"It was a very pleasant stay and the room was clean and modern. Staff was efficient and nice. The property had some messy areas but mainly where the kids play area is. Other than that I give it 5 stars and would stay here again. Disneyland isn’t far but maybe over a half mile or more to walk. "

"Overall good..we had a renovated room which was nice but the phone didn’t work and the fire alarm starting flashing a very bright light at 5am which was annoying. But the service was great and we were only there for one night so the minor inconveniences were not a big deal."

"This hotel has old bones but tries to update every so often. The pool area is great. The beds are comfy. And it’s such a quick walk to the parks."

"Portofino hotel was ok but i think they could up their service on some things. But did my reservation through expidia. Which made it easier to get our reservation. But portofino dont offer much when u there. And they have limited parking because the share the other parking lot with the other hotels so if u dont find a spot u have to walk a little wich was not bad but its ok."
