Probably the worst bed I’ve slept on and I’m not even picky. It felt like I was sleeping on a hard board. You can easily hear noise from outside as if the windows are open.

The room was clean. The sink counter was spacious and the tub was large. There was a refrigerator, but no microwave in the room. Not too much noise from the neighboring rooms, but a lot of outside noise. They offered many pillows, but the bed was not very comfortable (a little too firm).

I liked the parking and easy access to the rooms. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The bests are VERY firm and pillows aren’t soft. What sleep I did get I had a kinked neck for 3 days afterwards. Loved the property, but worst nights sleep.

Staff was nice, they cleaned daily. Was a bit noisy but not the staff's fault, loud people around us. 20 minute walk to front gates of Disney. Lots of eating places near bye. Only issue were homeless people at the bus stop and circling the block. Made it a little uncomfortable walk at night. Again, not the motel's fault. If you want a clean, less expensive place to stay with a good room, I'd stay there again.

$15 PARKING FEE WAS CHARGED . IT WAS A HIDDEN CHARGE AND I WAS VERY UPSET. NEVER PAID FOR PARKING EXCEPT AT THE HAWAII ISLAND. MOTEL WAS LOCATED IN THE MIDDLE OF NOISY AREA, AND THEY DO NOT SERVE BREAKFAST ALSO.

The housecleaning staff were excellent. The rooms are less than subpar. Showers do not drain properly, pillows are ancient and small. Aged and old, beds, horrible, and layout of getting in and out of the bed, o. You are constantly bonking into the air conditioner.
