I don’t recommend making reservations in this place. It is a complete false advertisement. They gave me issues when I had arrived from my flight knowing I had nowhere to stay and kept insisting they could not find my reservation when I clearly showed them through my bank statement and through the app yet they refused to take me in. A day after they called me begging me to go back when I had already spoken about wanting my refund and wanting nothing to do with them & they refused to return my money even though I didn’t stay one single night & to mention that it’s a very unsafe place to be at. Yes they had offered me a room just to myself and to my surprise when I got there they were other people in it & to make it worse One of the guests told me someone was trying to break into one of their room at night.

The hot water is not available after two days stayed. Room is not available for you to change. Breakfast is wonderful. Especially Christine in breakfast area, she is very excellent. Even your room have problems, share with her, and miracles will happen.
