"I didn't have a chance to get in because they weren't ready for me they didn't get the room for me and the ended up getting me a room in a different hotel and I have to pay extra for the taxi to another hotel that they give the taxi driver the address for it and he took us to a hotel was wrong and that hotel ended up giving us a direction to the hotel and I walked about 15 minutes to get there and it was a hotel less value than what I paid for small dirty room I'm glad it was just a one night...

"The only possible downside is the location. If you have been to Istanbul frequently and would like to see a different area of the city, it is still a 10 minute walk to the main street. But for those coming to see the most famous sites - it is a good 40 minutes away from the old town. Room arrangement was modern and quiet and the front desk staff were very supportive. "

"This is a great hotel. Very upscale incredible breakfast buffet incredible amenities gym hot tub boxing rooms steam rooms etc. Conveniently located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Hard to find people that speak English fluently apparently in all of Istanbul but even at this hotel. Also prepare to be at the center of international men's hair transplants in Istanbul. As you will see bandaged men walking throughout the lobby and at breakfast sometimes with a little blood oozing out of the bandages. Bandaged men at the hotel city streets museums and airports. Get used to it."
