This hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants and also tram stops to get to other areas of town. It was a popular area without feeling overly-crowded. We stayed in a room on the back of the hotel on an upper floor not facing the square, which I think may have helped ensure a quiet stay, which we appreciated.

This hotel was in a great location, easily accessible by tram directly from Centraal Station. It’s close to lots of bars and cafes etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The property could not really be better situated for access by walk or public transport to all attractions, shopping and eateries. The staff are pleasant and helpful though I did not have to call on them for anything. My room was well equipped, clean and well-serviced- though even with the radiators on, sometimes fell cold. The room was a little small , true bed being too close to the wardrobe preventing the doors being fully opened and making access awkward ( the safe is also in the wardrobe so same applies). The bathroom almost as big as the bed space, had an excellent walk in shower with very good soaps etc. I would strongly recommend staying here

Almost everything was great - clean comfortable room, nice staff, nice property, good location, tram is right out front every few minutes for easy travel. Only issue we had was a 1st floor room right above cafes that had loud music playing every night from just before midnight to about 3am. The hotel actually provided earplugs in a sleep kit. I’d stay again, but on a higher floor.

The hotel it self was okay but in my search criteria I wanted to have parking and on arrival I was told they only have valet parking 30-45 drive away from the hotel and in my world that’s not classified as parking so this overshadowed my overall experience on the hotel
