Very friendly staff and easy check-in. Downside is room 21 being very noisy at night due to the window vents not fully closing (and outside smoking area right outside your window) and the entrance door in the hallway next to the room closing (cq. smacking) very loudly every time. Slept pretty bad due to that.

I booked Bastion Hotel Amstel Duivendrecht after a night in Bastion Hotel Arnheim. Compared to the Bastion in Arnheim the room and the aisle were old and small. No place for shampoo in the shower.

unfortunately i was charged city tax twice and staff was not helpful neither in person nor via email communication. hotel room was missing hand soup and the setup was not feeling comfortable.

Good hotel near ArenA

We stayed in several different locations in Amsterdam. This was the roomiest with the best A/C. The staff was very friendly. It was a little run down. Quick/cheap uber to/from the ArenA. Overall a good stay!

Egen going to a concert at ArenaA, greit location, 15 min with metro from Central Station and the same to the arena. Bar/restaurant with OK food. Clean rooms and nice staff in reception

Room was fairly cheap, a little far outside the centre but worth it saving a few bucks on the price. Room has a bed, TV and bathroom. Bed was comfy and really large but the topper kept sliding off. Only complaint was having to use the TV to access the WiFi as my TV didn't have a smart remote so I couldn't access the QR code to sign in. The staff that helped me gave me a code but didn't seem sure it would work in the room. Maybe having an alternative way to get onto the WiFi is needed.

Perect for travelers with car

We were on a business trip & our flight got canceled. we booked this place for 3 nights as it was the chepeast option available. Although, a little away from the buzz of the city, but it was a 15 minutes walk to the train station and another 15 minutes train ride to the city center. The hotel has a free parking, perfect for those traveling with a car. there is a MacDonald and few food options around. Hotel breakast is simple but sufficent. It's perect or people traveling with car, or attending RAI, etc.
