"The falassarna bay hotel was even better than we expected! The room overlooked the water, had a beautiful layout and a nice bathroom. Everything was exceptionally clean and housekeeping came daily. My only complaint was that I wish there were more pillows. I am accustomed to sleeping with 2 pillows but the room only provides one per person. The market downstairs was a great spot to pick up snacks or wine. We highly recommend the Orange Blue bar/restaurant next door! We loved that the beach was so close, and that there were options to eat at the hotel. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The bus stops right in front of the hotel, which made for an easy trip to Chania."

"The hotel is fantastic, but look at the hotel website for clarification on the room spec. Hotels.com stated the room came with private pool but it didn’t. The great service at the hotel ensured we had a great time. It’s a fantastic peaceful hotel but be mindful of the star rating as some facilities don’t meet the mark I.e spa, food variety"

"Lovely and peaceful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. We were delayed getting into Chania but there was someone waiting for us at gone 2am. Very lovely hotel and the excursions booked through the hotel were also brilliant. We really enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel was super cute, clean and the pool was nice. It was easy to walk to a bunch of restaurants and it was close to the harbour to catch a ferry to Basos. The only thing that was not great was the beds were not confortable. "
