"We have stayed at the Vine many times. Good solid hotel. Nothing fancy. There have a complimentary breakfast, but I have never used it, so I cannot speak to it. It is a fantastic location in downtown Davis. Walkable to most anywhere."

"I stayed here once a year ago and remember being impressed that a motel 6 stay was actually pretty nice for once. I think I got lucky that time...this time my room was so gross that I had to ask for a room change for the first time in my life. There was an immediate moldy stench when I walked in. There was some goopy substance all over the desk, a bunch of weird white gooey pebbles all over the floor in the bathroom, and a CIGARETTE BURN on the bed sheet, clear as day. Just there, on the folded...
