"Medellín-style contemporary design including fun sensor tracking lighting around and on the stairs. Rooms were somewhat dorm style rather than hotel: no irons or other amenities, but functional with a fun built-in designed desk. Cold water shower still something I find hard to get used to. Took me a while to figure out the remote for the air conditioning unit was weak, thought it just didn't work which made the 2nd floor room uncomfortable, but standing a few feet away to operate all was well. Friendly staff to prepare a breakfast for you."

"The place was very clean, and the staff (Alvaro and his son were really warm and welcoming We had steak, sausage, rice and French Fries by a bonfire at night. We were in a clear bubble where we had a beautiful view at night of the forest and sky. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic too. But once again, the cleanliness was amazing. A white sink, toilet, etc in the middle of the jungle in pristine condition, wow. Just a great environment and a chance to actually relax because we were taken care of so well."

"After spinning three days at the property and going on two of their tours, I have to say it is one of the best run operations I have ever visited. On an extremely difficult jungle tour, I saw every member of the team and the teams affiliates, provide the most professional, kind, empathetic care to help an 84-year-old woman enjoy the trip with her family. Under conditions that were almost brutal at times, they found ways to allow her to fully participate as part of her group. Not one time that I see the look of impatience or frustration. I guess the best compliment I can give is to say that I would’ve very comfortably placed my own mother‘s care within their hands, and not had one moment of concern. Whoever runs the facility, congratulations. Amazing job."

"The phone extension never worked. It did not matter how many times I told them; it was never fixed. Wi-Fi Service was pretty bad! It wasn't reliable at all. "
