"This hotel was PERFECT for us for the 2 nights we spent there before our Amazon River cruise. It's in a great walkable location, with plenty of choices for eating all around. "Upon checking in we were informed of a R$84 service fee even though we had reserved and paid in advance through Expedia. Then we were informed that the pool was closed for the day. The check in process took about 25 minutes and then they were unable to give us key cards for our room. Each time we wanted to get into our room someone from the hotel had to go with us to let us in. At 10:30 pm at night someone knocked on our door to give us a key card. Other than this, everything else was great. "

I got diarrhea from the expired food. the food in menu for room service taste like trash and very expensive. I stay 3 weeks and I ate at studio 5 cheap and so amazing. "
