"Excellent customer service, especially from the lovely hotel manager who helped us park our car and gave a lot of information about Hamburg. He was very nice to all of our family - including our 2 teenagers. We were there for the Christmas Markets and the location was perfect. Great coffee shop on the corner close by is recommended for breakfast. Room was great and had everything we needed. It was clean and quiet. Close to shops, sights and I would definitely stay again. "

"Small boutique hotel in the middle of the city, only a minute walk from the busy street with local restaurants, 5 minute walk from the central station, but it is totally quiet and secluded. The hotel has two sites, the main building and an apartment building which is only seconds away. The main building has a breakfast place and bar with a beautiful courtyard. Simple and elegant. The apartment rooms are roomy and just feel like living in Hamburg. Highly recommended. "

"We had a fantastic stay here. Room was nice and clean, nicely decorated, good amenities and super powerful shower! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and really liked the self-service fridge for (reasonably priced) drinks. Good location near the train station. Can't fault it. "We enjoyed our stay overall. We were disappointed that the elevators on our floor were not working. We wish we had been told this when we arrived. While this was okay for us, I was saddened to see another guest with a walker on our floor. They should have been told and offered a room on a floor with a working elevator. I am surprised that staying there for three nights was broken the entire time."

"I’m not sure I would call this a hotel, it is a hybrid between a hostel and a hotel. Private sleeping pods with communal showers and toilets. That said the pods were really cool with LED lights and Bluetooth speakers. The accommodation was beautiful, modern and quite cosy and I couldn’t fault the facilities.
