"Hotel Seville was a dream hotel in Edelweiss room with a wooden canopy bed and a million dollar view! The food and service were excellent! Parking was scarce and bringing luggage through the cobblestone streets was difficult for us! We love everything about Gruyeres!"

"I had a wonderful stay here with family. Room was spacious, comfortable temperature, clean. Spa was also very well kept, pool water temp was also perfect. I must say, this hotel is NOT a 3-star hotel. "This is a cosy hotel located in the city centre. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. The restaurant on the ground floor was quite busy when we arrived on Saturday night. I expect it to be popular based on the reviews. There are plenty of street parking spots in the area, but it might take a while to find one during busy times. We stayed there only one night, but we'll book again if we return to the area. "

"Great view from restaurant. Restaurant was expensive and also the in room mini bar. Not a good restaurant for picky eaters. Lots of flies during our visit. Would not recommend rooms facing the road. Odd electrical outlets requiring a specific plug. Yes, it’s the 240 European outlet, but the round plug doesn’t fit. It must be the slim two prong plug. Hotel shares parking lot with gas station and car dealership but didn’t have a problem parking. What the hotel lacked the scenery made up for. "

"Very nice place. We had a lake view with a balcony. Even though it's an old building with radiator heating (no thermostat control, but you can control with the knob). The room was pretty spacious. It was very clean. It's located on a shopping street by the lake, lots of restaurants and shops around. The only thing was laundry service was cash only (CHF15 per small basket). If you need to borrow a charge adaptor the deposit is also cash. "
