"Pictures were deceiving. Staff were incompetent. Messed up my booking. Instead of 2 rooms 3 nights they had 1 apartment 2 rooms. The night staff didnt understand and I had to book an extra room. Overall I had paid for an extra room that we didn’t use cause the staff didn’t know how to make the changes in the system. Place was run down and dingy. We had to change rooms cause it smelled moldy, and WC was leaking. Will not recommend. "

"If only they can change the beddings that are obviously aged more than a decade or two, it would be a more pleasant stay because the management should know well that a good night’s sleep is the utmost priority to guests. All the facilities in this resort show signs of aging but you can feel that the maintenance team has worked tirelessly to make sure all the old items still function well - and yes they do, amazingly, especially the A/C. "Great in theory, but it’s a little tired. Only one of the dining options was open, which was a challenge given it’s a long way from anything else. The pool is gorgeous but closes at 6, and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Overall it was fine, but not what I expected for the price paid"
