"The pods themselves are great. Very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Did encounter an issue with the heating upon arrival. POD was so hot inside the surfaces were too hot to touch. Never had this happen before. Calls to office and emergency line were not answered. Had to drive around looking for someone and a nice staff, Kirsten, at the event facility helped me. Finally had to disconnect heating completely from pod. Unfortunately had to stay in the pod all night with the doors...

"Good location, clean and comfortable space, well equipped apartment, plenty of good food sources of all sorts within easy reach - we enjoyed our stay. There are imperfections, of course! Quite noisy - we were on the 2nd floor but were still woken by the street cleaning truck.
