"Overall good. Pros: Beautiful view, layout and functionality of suite, nice pool and hot tub, quiet. Cons: We never received room cleaning service, the couch and chair in the living room area were worn and a bit dirty. A bit inconvenient getting onto the property by car if coming from Gulf Boulevard."

"A very nice stay. Very central to restaurants and a quick 20 min drive to downtown St. Pete. The beach is expansive and beautiful and our condo was mostly clean and quiet. Only downside was the sporadic front desk hours and definitely could tell they had not washed the tile floors before our arrival. Overall, would stay again."

"We were provided good instructions on where to check in due to latest hurricane event. Autumn checked us in, gave us our VIP perk wine and was very quick/easy to accommodate on any issue we had. For the price and amenities this place worked very well for our party of 4. Overall pleased, but was disappointed with the elevators not working especially being on the upper floors for the gulf view. We are in shape and don't mind the extra exercise but may not be acceptable to others. The property...

"Overall good. Positives: only one block from the beach, pool was warm and clean, comfortable beds, big tv, close to nightlife and restaurants, appliances nice . Negatives: Slightly Dated motel. Shower curtain dirty, dusty, only one set of towels with no replacement on the weekend, dresser drawers unusable-they fall out, door locks a little weak. Stay again? Probably not. Maybe if nothing this close to the beach was available. "

"Our toilet was leaking around the base. We spoke with Mary and she sent the maintenance crew to repair it……or to bandaid it…..as the daughter of a plumber I wouldn’t have repaired it by placing caulk around the base, but no worries, it was a great stay for us. Would stay again."

"Resort was less than we expected but it was clean and convenient. Older motel style. No dining options. On site gym was just a few outside cycle machines etc. it really doesn’t have an on site gym. No continental breakfast. Bar was only open one night on Saturday. room was clean new mattress on bed. We would stay again but would rather pay extra for more amnesties and nicer facilities "

"We definitely loved this quaint little place and enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed the free amenities like beach chairs and umbrella, hammocks, Adirondack chairs; and of course being right on the beach!! If we were to look for improvements, the water was never really hot, there were no spoons in the room for coffee, and a fire pit would have been a great addition. "

"Updated and newly renovated. Very efficient with automated check in process and all went smoothly , but miss having a staff member to greet us and inform us about the local area. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable, but do miss the personal touch in a historic inn. "
