"The property is absolutely beautiful. The staff were so welcoming. It is the perfect location to take in all that Cayuga Lake has to offer. I have walked to the falls many times in the past. It was really nice to be able to walk from the Inn to the Falls to start off the day. We cannot wait to stay again."

"Overall, not a bad place. The rooms are a little dated and could use maybe a remodel. The waterpark is not very big, but it is quite fun. Great slides, nice wave pool and the outdoor pool with indoor access is a nice touch, though I wish it was a tad warmer. Great indoor/outdoor hot tub! Room had a decent dishwasher, coffee maker and refrigerator. The Murphy bed was actually pretty comfortable. So, all in all a nice place. "

"Amazing front desk staff!!! Friendly and always make you feel welcome. Hotel is right on campus and the walks and views are absolutely stunning! Rooms are clean and comfortable and the cleaning staff is also Very friendly. Brunch is delicious at the upstairs restaurant. The lounge in the lobby no longer serve burgers/steak bites on game nights. As for food there are a few other options within 10 minutes for meals or later night meals. "Room above us spent the entire night banging around and stomping. We didn't sleep at all. But I didn't contact the staff about it so it wasn't addressed. Not the hotels issue. Other than that the check in staff was extremely friendly and kind. "

"This was our first time staying at this hotel. When my husband attended the game/comic con in Ithaca, we chose this place, and I was very satisfied with it. Ithaca is not a big town, so while the hotel is outside the downtown area, it’s still close to everything, especially the campus. There’s a P&C Market and Collegetown Bagels next to the hotel. The breakfast was good, and the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The fireplace was a nice bonus."

"We used this hotel for Thanksgiving overflow at our house. Our suite was spacious and mostly clean. We did find crumbs and a candy wrapper in the couch bed, but overall, nice and clean. On Wednesday they have a light buffet available, and it was really nice. Broccoli cheddar soup with crusty bread was enjoyed by all. Salad, cheese and crackers, pita with dip, fruit and best of all, beer and wine! Breakfast was okay and everyone found something to eat. We did miss the traditional waffles that we always find at these 'free' breakfasts. If you stay here, be sure to visit the Reuse Center at the mini-mall next door. Great shopping!"
