"We have requested to live in a higher level room during reservation. But they have still offered low level to us. And the door in shower room was not too user friendly. The floor became wet & stuck with the carpet towel when open the door. Choices for breakfast were just basic, can have way more food choices. The Brie cheese & yogurt kept on out of stock without refilling. Waffle & French toast were luke-warm. Might or might not come back."

"Hôtel fantastique et situé à proximité de nombreux centres d'intérêt à Hanoi. Les chambres étaient excellentes et propres, avec de bons équipements. M. Alex était particulièrement serviable et obligeant. Je reviendrais certainement à l'hôtel à l'avenir."

"Very effocient and friendly staff and the hotel is clean. Hotel is ok, although rooms are old. Nothing to do around the hotel, no currency change and the hotel charge more thsn 10% above normal rates. No spa in the hotel and the spa nearby is expensive and not so professional. Free shuttle to the airport which is short for short time visitors."

"Good hotel, centrally located, we walked everywhere 86k steps in 3 days. Rooms good size and with modern feel. Staff very nice and friendly. Rooms cleaned and water refreshed. Roof top bar superb, however the price of a drink is super, super expensive £28 for 2 330ml.😱"
