It was a pleasant place to stay while I spent my time in Bangkok. The Aravinda Living Home is located in a quite location which is not that far from the main road, just only a short distance walk.I would recommend to the visit

The lady insisted they had a place to do ironing. So she sent out the clothes. First it was 4 Pm same day, then 9 AM the next day. Then 1 hour. It is close too noon and I am still in dirty clothes and I have a date in a half hour. She refuses to tell me where it is located so I can get them myself.

Good. Clean. Microwave. Quiet. Bad. Location is not ideal. Difficult to locate. 711 is 500m away. 1 bottle of water given daily. If your going places out of Bangkok then the bus terminal will benefit for those on the go. A simple and basic place to stay since the price matches the requirements. The pool is out of servuce and TV is the only entertainment after dark around the area .

You only get what you have paid for.
The check in was smooth, but didn't like the feel of the hotel, furniture of the room was tired, no kettle, tv did not work at all, and the people that stay here seemed to like slamming their room doors, I was booked to stay for 12 days, but checked out after 5,I was happy to leave.

Great hotel for price, but staff is terrible.
Had to wait an extra hour for my car to pick me up and the staff member had me pay for another night. After I checked out the other staff member stated I needed to pay for an half of day. But I informed them I already paid for another night, they both looked at each other and Then dismissed. So I was over charged, even had to pay for an extra night the first day because I got there 2 hours before Res.

Nice stay at good location
They say it is 24 hours check in but charged us 500 baht extra since we reached there at 6am. We were ready to vacate 6am next day but they denied and charged us 75% of a day tariff just for allowing us to occupy the room 3hours earlier.

Hm, i think this hotel location is not good, inside of the soi, and taxi driver don't know the location, you have to explain how to reach your hotel to taxi drivers. And no swimming pool, no restaurant N seven11 near this hotel. If you want enjoy of them you have to walk for 10minute more.

Far from the main road. need,
Just a normal hotel, it is not worth to stay if it is over $28. No breadfast and drinks. The house rules is set in such always in favour of hotel. Even as a regular and good customer, it still need to pay 2000 babt as deposit. Even I booked a day online, they would allow me to extend 5 days at the same rate I paid online. Be extra careful not to stain any bed sheet, pillows and towels, u have to pay back more than buying the new one, Hope the owner knows what is going on.

Badly located, but decently priced
Pick this hotel only if u wanna sleep there, get up n leave. It is clean n cheap. The biggest drawback is its location, it's difficult even for taxi drivers to find the place!
