"The hotel rooms are very small, as is expected, the top bunk wasn’t made up so I had to do that myself which felt like a serious challenge and the edge on the bunk was very small, we were worried our wriggly sleeper might fall out. It was actually quite quiet during the night. A good option for an early morning flight, but you really don’t get a lot for your money."

"Had a great time celebrating a family gathering. Food was great, staff were helpful and friendly and facilities were good. Loved the games room which kept everyone amused. Hotel is starting to date in parts and could potentially have a freshen up. Corridors were chilly and frayed stair carpets. Overall a great stay and would recommend it. "

"Our Christmas stay at the Welcombe Hotel was a nice break. The mansion is stunning, set in 157 acres of beautiful grounds, and if you’re lucky, you might even spot deer roaming around. The spa was good to have—the indoor pool, Swedish sauna, and outdoor vitality pool made for a nice way to unwind, and the thermal rooms were a nice touch. A very big shoutout to Sara and Muhammed, who were incredibly helpful and always welcoming. Their service really stood out. Breakfast was OK-ish—not bad,...

"A nice hotel with friendly staff and good clean rooms. Easy and efficient check-in with no problems. Only stayed one night, which amounted to less than 12 hours but handy for the BP Pulse, NEC and the airport."
