It would have been nice to get complimentary bottled water in the room every day and not just one small bottle between the two of us on the first day only. Hotel irons need updating and would be more useful to have full size ironing boards."

"The hotel exterior and entrance is looking very tired. The awful fragrance being used makes it smell like a care home! The rooms though are fabulous inside with the only issue was having very little hot water for our showers. Do try the Spa it is absolutely beautiful and a bargain at 25 euros each. You must pre book though. It’s a perfect location for exploring Alicante We have stayed here before and will stay again just don’t let the exterior put you off. "

"We loved the location and the many updates that the hotel offered. We are Canadians who have travelled to Europe before and understand that rooms are not as large as at home and amenities are slightly different. Very easy to walk to the beach, to public transportation (C6 bus to the airport is 5 minutes away), and many nearby dining options. Would definitely return and highly recommend. "
