"Hotel needs a refresh…. Corridors are very dated as are balconies. Beds very comfortable. Poor checkin as was given a room with no view despite having booked this. Upon complaining I was moved to a room with the view I’d paid for. Breakfast needs non dairy yoghurt. A lot was shut as march?? Really odd. And spa under are renovation "

"Fifth time we have stayed at The Lucentum. The staff on reception, in the dining room and housekeepers have been excellent - helpful and welcoming. The airport C6 bus drops off and picks up at the bus stop opposite the hotel which is so convenient. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and is very central for shopping, museums and beach which is just 10/15 minutes walk away. Surrounded by many choices for eating out. "

Lovely swimming pool but a bit chilly in February! There was some renovation work being done but we were very happy it was being kept to a minimum of disruption. "
