"Lovely guest house meant for groups and families. Rooms were scrupulously clean and so were communal areas. There is a kitchen and laundry (washer) facilities available. The location was ideal and within easy walking distance of most things in central Batumi including the beach, promenade and the historic center. "It's a new hotel at older part of Batumi. Rooms are nice and fresh. The area is quieter than modern parts of Batumi and not popular among Arabs etc. Thanks to this there is minimal traffic at night. There are still plenty of restaurants and shops around and it's a small walk to the beach. If you let them know ahead then they reserve parking place in front of the hotel. Opinions about the hotel

"The room is only cleaned every two days, we only received one bath towel and one hand towel and that's even though we were 2 guests in the room and we had to go to reception and get another set, as soon as they came in to clean the room they didn't change towels but took the dirty ones and hung them up as if they were new Apart from that, the room is very spacious, excellent location, very varied breakfast, courteous service at the reception, overall very good hotel. Highly recommended "
