"The staff was incredibly helpful from when we first walked in the hotel, where we were offered a glass of wine and a cappuccino to when we left where they provided us a box breakfast for early morning airport trip. Shared bathrooms and WC were not a problem at all. We enjoyed the full kitchen with dishwashing and laundry machine for free. "Ascensor de Bica is next door, can get loud but its tolerable. Property is close to restaurants, it can get loud at night from partygoers. Walkable to Time Out & Pink street. I don't recommend adding a 3rd guest in a room as it gets very tight and not convenient to walk around and across the bathroom & shower. 3rd adult guest should always get a bed and not a hide a way pull out, I feel."
