"Beautiful hotel with the friendliest staff. We booked the Junior Premium Suite. The room accommodated 3 of us comfortably. The pull out couch was very spacious and comfortable. More than enough space for 3 people. Nice view of the city from our room on the 7th floor. Hotel is located centrally downtown, walkable to most attractions. Restaurants and cafe across the street. We had a perfect stay. "

"The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is good especially for the science museum and Oceanography which are just on the doorstep. There wasn’t really a proper bar area except For the rooftop bar which was closed because of the weather. "

"Pluses: The hotel was very good overall and I would stay there again. There were excellent amenities nearby and it was very easy to get around. The rooms were very clean. Minuses: The shower leaked a lot in the first room which was a nuisance, but we were very happy with the second room. I gave less stars for the “staff & service” rating solely because the staff member who did our check-in was rather rude and abrupt in manner. Surely, if you are in a customer-facing role, you ought to keep things such as basic politeness in check. Other than that, the staff and service were fine."
