Modern 4* in lovely location, everything spot on for us. Of course the photos on the listing are clever, the gym and pool are much smaller irl; but still all good. Local town is lovely too, plenty of nice restaurants and a market came on Tuesday.

Nice views, right at beach, safe place to park, pool rather crowded (many families) and also quite loud until midnight (children programs till ten and evening shows till midnight), but from then very quiet. Also very quiet between 2 and 4 pm. Great choice of fresh fruit at breakfast, the rest ok.

Amazing, if you don't care about staff and food
The hotel had a great atmosphere and it is pretty. Staff is not well trained and food is bearable. reception: we had a terrible experience. Check-in was delayed. Staff was unfriendly. Didn't give clear instructions for spa and pool area. We kept asking about towels and they didn't have a clear answer. Turns out, you need to rent the towels, but they also did not say where or showed us the towels. We got a welcome drink for each person and when we order it, we had order all four together; it was non-alcoholic welcome drinks only; and there was only one option of drink, which was a mix of sugar syrups. If they are not welcoming drinks, just don't give it to people. spa: Disappointing. It is paid to get in, even though it does not say in hotels.com and it is hidden in their website. It is only for 40m. Towels are not included. Spa was cold, and it is not a cozy spa. main restaurant: Food was ok. You can always find something to eat, but far from good. Low end disney/cruise buffet. pool bar: Food was really good at the bar (paid sandwiches). Service was not so good, but ok. kidsclub: staff is great. timings are ok (could be longer). facilities are nice. pool area: really nice, taken care of It was early May, so not too busy, which was very nice. location: amazing; can walk to the beach, can walk to restaurants (10m for better options), and even to the center (a bit further).

El hotel y el entorno son una maravilla.Un lugar idóneo para desconectar y perfecto para descansar. No es la primera vez que vengo y no será la última. Pero la comida deja bastante que desear. Espero que cambien la calidad de la comida. El spa está muy bien y la masajista es de 10. Es una pena que cierren en noviembre y no vuelvan a abrir esta semana Santa.

Todo genial , por poner una pequeña pega aparcamiento limitado cerca( salvo que sea de pago) y que el pueblo si quieres ir está a 1,5 km caminando.No obstante hay opciones para comer bien mas cerca

Todo lo relativo al restaurante y comida (desayuno y cena) es muy mejorable, la comida era mediocre. Especialmente la gestión de las alergias necesita mejorar notablemente. En general la estancia me ha parecido excesivamente cara para los servicios que se nos han ofrecido.

Muy saturado y falta algo más de limpieza
Tienen muy poco personal en recepción para la cantidad de personas que reciben cada día. Nos ha sorprendido que hubiese que sacar numero ( como en una pescadería) en recepción. Estuvimos más de una hora a la entrada y 45 minutos a la salida, de espera, para ser atendidos. No quiero pensar como es este hotel en pleno julio y agosto!! El mando de la tele de la habitación, tenía tanta suciedad que se pegaban los dedos. Y había papeles de caramelos y pañuelos de papel debajo de las camas.

Muy bonito hotel, perfecto para ir en familia y disfrutar de las 3 piscinas. La decoración para Halloween está increíble. La variedad y la cantidad del bufete está bien, la cualidad un poco justa. Habitación muy limpia, baño grande. El servicio de la recepción es muy amable. Un plus para el spa, una experiencia corta (40min) pero muy agradable! Lo recomendó a 100!

Todo perfecto y volveré! Lo unico que faltaria un rampa para piscina para carrito de niño.hay que entrara y salir por fuera para entrar a la piscina con carrito para niños.
