I had read so many negative comments about the hotel, but it was perfectly fine for our needs. The only complaint I would have is the room was warmer than we would have preferred. The size of the room was larger than most hotels in a location like NYC. We were very happy with it and will stay here agan. Thank you.

Worst service we have ever had. Staff is unfriendly, not trying to help with issues. The room is super noisy and A/C worked very slow. There is also the fire alarm or smoke detector flashing all night. The day we checked in there is also sewer leak smell near the lobby. We had to leave and booked another hotel which the price is cheaper. And they refused to refund. We are still fighting for this. Never book this hotel again.

Well one person said chekout was 1. Then in the morning it was diff story. The cleaning lady came into our room twice. Pool was cold and could be cleaner. But great location. And quiet at night the tv says ur name thats cool

Overall, the property is a good place to stay. However, the staff could have been a bit more helpful. From a functional stand point they did their "job"... The room was good as well, but the restroom door didn't close all the way and was a bit inconvenient. If I was traveling alone, it wouldn't have been a big deal.

The thermostat didn't work in the first room so I was moved to a different room where the thermostat stopped working in the middle of the night. The person working the front desk who was nice said it is a common problem. Will not being staying at another one of these properties again.
