Not impressed. We arrived and checked in only to find the pool was closed and we were never notified and the breakfast was pretty lacking ( bacon looked raw, whatever the egg thing was it looked old and dry, the bananas were overripe and on their way out and the muffins were tasteless.) the hotel was under construction and they ere working a little yes down from our room which kept our dog on high alert and barking often. About an hour after checking in I received an email from Expedia saying my reservation could not be honored as the hotel was closed….so much confusion! Will probably not stay here again.

It's super close to the airport. I'm familiar with the area and there's lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Staff were great. My only suggestion is it would have been nice having a microwave in the room or on the same floor. Other than it was a great place to stay

Unfortunately the sidewalk alongside route seven Albany- Schenectady was not cleared of snow during the three days I was at Hampton inn making it both dangerous and difficult to get to businesses by foot. The New York State, United States of America and Hampton Inn flags are eroded due to weather and need to be replaced. They are an eyesore.

it was fine to stay for a couple hours before my flight but i accidentally left my $85 pillow, called them from the airport to have them set it aside for me to pick up, they said ok and they would retrieve it, i got back monday to pick it up and they dont have it.

This is a well located Hampton Inn property in Latham NY. Nice stylish room with comfy king bed, large updated bathroom with shower/tub.
